Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information jeju-glow.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

2. What we collect, and why
When you join the list
If you fill in the "Join the list" form we collect your email address, name and country, together with the page you signed up from and the time. We use this to tell you when pre-orders open, to send launch and product news, and to understand which countries we should ship to first. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time (see section 6).
We keep this information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for two years after we last hear from you, whichever comes first.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data (browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. This is necessary to run the site and is kept in short-lived technical logs.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how pages are used (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type) so we can improve the site. IP addresses are truncated before storage. Analytics only runs after you press "Accept" on the cookie banner; it never runs if you press "Reject". The legal basis is your consent.
When you write to us
If you email info@muneom.com we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the correspondence.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, run advertising trackers, build profiles for targeted advertising, or collect payment details on this site. When ordering opens, payments will be handled by a payment provider under its own privacy policy, and this policy will be updated.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Klaviyo, Inc. (United States) — stores the mailing list and sends our emails.
- Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, with data centres worldwide) — hosts and protects the site.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not otherwise sell, rent or share personal information with third parties.
5. International transfers
MUNÉOM Inc. is based in Korea, and the providers above store data in the United States. Where data about visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to protect it. If you are in Korea, your information is transferred to these providers abroad for the purposes above; you may refuse this by not joining the list or not accepting analytics cookies.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@muneom.com. Every email we send also contains an unsubscribe link. We answer within one month (or sooner where local law requires).
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your data protection authority — for example the Personal Information Protection Commission (Korea), your national supervisory authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office (UK).
7. Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the mailing list is limited to the people who run JEJU GLOW. We keep personal information no longer than described in section 2, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change — in particular when online ordering opens — and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email to subscribers.
